Your scheduled appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments therefore, if you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice via text, call or messaging if you need to make a change. Please understand that once your appointment is cancelled last minute I will not have enough time to fill your time slot. Please be aware that if you do not cancel within 24 hours your card on file will be charged 50% of the total booked service and 100% should you no call/no show. Do not hesitate to reach out to me if there is a last minute emergency. *Please also be aware that I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your hair I will gladly offer a fix up to 7 days from your appointment.
